Job Description
- Support quality assurance activities for processes and products ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor and track quality objectives proposing improvements for work instructions verification and recordkeeping forms.
- Participate in quality control inspections of materials byproducts and finished goods.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of nonconforming products and escalate findings to Quality Management (QM).
- Assist in managing nonconforming products (internal and returned) while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain constant oversight of warehouse and quarantine areas reporting inventory changes to QM.
- Ensure adherence to customerspecific manufacturing and quality standards.
- Track product and process quality objectives for each workplace ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation flow archiving and disposal of quality records according to regulatory guidelines.
- Update and maintain document lists as directed by QM ensuring availability of the latest valid versions at designated locations.
- Perform periodic testing measurements and statistical analyses as per quality procedures with a focus on manufactured articles.
Qualifications :
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Experience in quality assurance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of APQP PPAP MSA SPC FMEA CP is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
