Position: Electronic Security Technician
Compensation: $30$45 hourly this is fully dependent on starting experience and how you interview. Normally there is a small bump in pay after the initial 90 day period (Not Guaranteed)

We are a leading electronic security service provider in the Harrisburg PA region serving a wide range of clients from government agencies schools hospitals and businesses. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Electronic Security Technician to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers.
As an Electronic Security Technician you will be responsible for:
- Installing programming testing and commissioning access control and CCTV systems according to the specifications and standards of the manufacturer and the customer.
- Performing preventive maintenance repairs and upgrades on existing access control and CCTV systems ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with access control and CCTV systems using various tools and equipment and providing solutions and recommendations to the customer.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with customers vendors and coworkers and documenting all work performed and materials used.
- Following all safety rules and regulations and adhering to the companys policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the electronic security industry preferably with access control and CCTV systems. Certifications are a plus but not needed
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record and the ability to travel within the Harrisburg PA region and occasionally beyond.
- Certification or indepth knowledge in access control and CCTV systems from recognized manufacturers such as AMAG Avigilon Bosch Lenel Honeywell etc. or the willingness to obtain them within a reasonable time frame. Fire alarm experience is also a bonus
- A strong work ethic a positive attitude and a customeroriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A good knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and the ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and manuals.
- A basic proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office email and internet.
