The purpose of this position is to provide supervision for social work staff with job functions that include Investigations In Home Permanency Planning and Adult Services.
Minimum Education Training and/or Experience (required at time of hire): Masters degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and two 2 years of directly related experience; or a bachelors degree in social work or masters degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three 3 years of directly related experience; or a bachelors degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and four 4 years of directly related experience; or a bachelors degree in any field from an appropriately accredited institution and five 5 years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Training and Experience: English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
Supervisory/Leadership Responsibilities: Supervise a group of employees with responsibility for assignment and flow of work employee development appraisal and eliminating ordinary difficulties. Work activities likely affect the accuracy reliability or acceptability of services to the extent that others rely on the advice given in order to make decisions.
