Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with the company s business objectives and market trends.
- Identify target audience segments and devise strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Digital Marketing Management:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Lead the creation of engaging and highquality content working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company s brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
- Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential buyers.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and deliver higher ROI.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative innovative and resultsdriven work environment.
- Provide guidance to ensure team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Event Planning and :
- Plan and execute marketing events such as property launches trade shows and webinars.
- Coordinate with vendors partners and internal teams to ensure successful of events.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Monitor and report on budget performance making necessary adjustments to maintain financial efficiency.

- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in marketing within the real estate sector is mandatory.
- Experience: 45 years in a similar role with a strong track record of driving marketing strategies and achieving business goals.
- Skills:
