Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan execute and continuously optimize LinkedIn Ads (Mandatory) and Google Ads campaigns for effective lead generation.
• Drive paid strategies with precise audience targeting A/B testing and keyword research to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create highconverting ad copies creatives and landing pages.
• Actively promote and support marketing around tech events expos and industry gatherings to maximize outreach and lead flow.
• Grow and engage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing PPC and eventbased promotions.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies especially in the B2B tech domain.
• Participation or promotional involvement in tech events like TechExpo or similar is a plus.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads are an added advantage.
