Tur Park Clinics located in the center of Barcelona Spain is a multidisciplinary medical center founded by Dr. Madeleine Smit. The clinics offer personalized services in multiple languages including English French and Spanish catering to international patients locals expats and tourists. Operating 7 days a week the clinics provide sameday appointments for various medical and aesthetic procedures.
Role Description
We are looking for a parttime onsite role as a Receptionist working on the weekend shift : Saturday & Sunday 10h0017h00
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome patients
- New patients register
- Make them sign RGPD
- Give welcome Pack
Process Billing :
- Prepare and send invoice
- Register payment
- Cash closing at the end of the shift
Inform patients :
- Give medical insurance refund information
- About our doctors and services.
Followup of appointment
- Schedule next patient appointments
- Register Recalls to Patients.
- Send samples to the laboratory in the evening.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Receptionist skills
- Experience in providing exceptional patient experiences.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
