Job Summary
As a Graphics & Creative Executive you will be responsible for developing visually captivating designs that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives. You ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver creative assets for digital campaigns brand activations product marketing and content production that drive engagement and business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets across platforms social media print web OOH and experiential events.
- Interpret design briefs and execute consistent visuals that reflect client branding and campaign direction.
- Design pitch decks brand tool kits merchandise visuals motion graphics and UI mock ups as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing strategy and production teams to deliver highimpact creative content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Ensure that all designs comply with brand identity guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- Assist in the postproduction of campaign shoots edits and multimedia content.
- Contribute to the development of creative direction for new brand projects.
- Maintain an organized archive of all design files templates and visual assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree or HND in Graphic Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or related field.
- 2 4 years of proven experience in a creative branding or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and/or CanvaFigma CorelDraw.
- Solid understanding of branding principles layout typography and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating assets for BTL campaigns events activations and digital platforms.
- Strong eye for detail originality and .
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative setting.
- Animation motion graphics or video editing skills are a strong advantage.
