Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our company s growth by developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and position us as a leader in the BPO industry. This role is focused on strategic marketing planning campaign and brand management rather than direct client outreach. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive awareness create compelling marketing materials and support overall business objectives through wellstructured marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing branding and campaign management.
4. Experience with social media platforms content creation and marketing analytics tools.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while handling multiple projects.
