Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a passionate and skilled SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our team and provide highquality services within school districts across Missouri.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students overcome speech and language challenges enhancing their academic performance and emotional wellbeing. As an SLP youll be instrumental in fostering communication skills that empower students to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Position Overview:
  • Provide dynamic studentfocused speech and language therapy tailored to individual needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and supports.
  • Stay informed of the latest practices in speechlanguage pathology through continued professional learning.
  • Offer support and education to families and staff to promote communication growth beyond therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation including therapy notes progress reports and IEP records.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that support language development and speech improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students communication abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with educators families and school staff to integrate communication strategies into daily learning environments.

Requirements

  • Professional Educator License with Speech Therapy Endorsement.
  • Master s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Hold or be eligible for a current Illinois state license in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
  • Experience working with schoolaged children and developing IEPs is strongly preferred.
