Job Description
Community Minds is a wellfunded rapidly growing healthcare management company focused on acquiring and integrating highquality mental and behavioral health clinics across multiple states. We are building a modern datadriven infrastructure to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a Fractional CFO to take the lead on financial strategy underwriting and operational financial oversight. The ideal candidate will be experienced in healthcare finance particularly in M&A and will help build the systems models and teams required to scale responsibly. This role has a clear path to becoming our fulltime CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead M&A financial due diligence underwriting and integration planning
Develop and manage financial forecasts pro formas and cash flow models
Consolidate and standardize financial reporting across all clinics
Advise on financial infrastructure and reporting needs
Support strategic planning and capital deployment
Partner with executive leadership on financial decisions and investor reporting
Collaborate with bookkeepers controllers and thirdparty accountants as needed
