Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in your community We are seeking a motivated Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This entrylevel position provides the opportunity to directly engage with local communities build relationships and promote initiatives that make a positive impact. If youre eager to develop your skills in outreach communications and community relations this is the perfect role for you!
As a Community Outreach Representative you will be the face of our organization within the community working to promote our initiatives foster strong relationships and inspire people to take action. You will assist with outreach efforts coordinate events and help strengthen the connection between our organization and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities for the Community Outreach Representative:
Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members local organizations and businesses to promote programs services and initiatives.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing community events meetings and outreach activities to raise awareness and encourage participation.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with community leaders stakeholders and local partners.
Promote Initiatives: Represent the organization at community events delivering information about our mission goals and how individuals can get involved.
Outreach Communication: Distribute promotional materials communicate with the public via social media or facetoface interactions and encourage participation in local programs.
Collect Feedback: Gather input from community members to improve outreach efforts and better serve the needs of the community.
Track Progress: Monitor outreach efforts report on results and assist in measuring the success of initiatives.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
No prior experience required this is an entrylevel role and training will be provided.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when needed for community events.
Strong interest in community development and social impact.
