We need a Director of Technology who can assume responsibility for the discovery buildout and implementation of new software and hardware upgrades to help facilitate the growth and stability of the business. Examples include but are not limited to: Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Field Management Software (FMS) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) productivity tools Project Management software and other tools to help drive operational and revenue growth and productivity efficiencies.
- Passion for improving the operational systems processes and policies across all functional areas of the business
- Provide management reporting information flow organizational planning and business process improvement.
- Play a significant role in longterm planning.
- Responsible for modernization buildout and scalable integration of JLGs tech stack
- Evaluate new technologies that align with the strategic vision/growth initiatives
- Investigate opportunities for automation to decrease reliance on manual efforts
- Create and review technical requirements SOWs and deliverables documentation.
- Design implement and manage operational and sales technology enhancements and special projects.
- Develop annual budget for operations and improvements
- Manage relationships and lines of communication with thirdparties and technology partners
- Increase the effectiveness efficiency coordination and communication across all functional areas of the business through progressive technologies.
