Requirements
We are seeking two skilled Data Analysts with 3 5 years of experience in Core Banking systems (FIS or Jack Henry) to join an exciting data conversion project for a leading banking client. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in analyzing complex datasets and writing business rules for data migration or conversion initiatives within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders IT teams and data engineers to support a core banking data conversion project.
Analyze source and target systems (FIS or Jack Henry) to map and validate data elements.
Write and document comprehensive business rules for data transformation and conversion processes.
Assist in creating data dictionaries and data mapping documents.
Perform data profiling cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Identify data discrepancies and recommend solutions to resolve data quality issues.
Support testing efforts by preparing test data validating conversion outputs and reconciling reports.
Required Qualifications:
3 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
Handson experience with FIS Core Banking or Jack Henry systems is mandatory.
Proven experience writing business rules and data specifications for data conversion or migration projects.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in largescale core banking migrations or data conversion initiatives.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
Experience with ETL tools or data integration platforms.
