This is a remote position.
Conduct outbound calls to identify potential clients and schedule appointments.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and readiness to buy or sell.
Ensure seamless coordination between clients and real estate agents.
Maintain a followup system to nurture leads.
Track appointment progress and maintain accurate CRM records.
Deliver excellent customer service while handling inquiries.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
Nurture leads with automated and personalized followups.
Implement and manage drip/nurture campaigns.
Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking.
Address CRM system issues and provide support to the client.
Scrub and qualify inbound leads from multiple sources.
Data mining
Consistently communicate with leads in the database
Provide administrative support including calendar management and data entry.
Manage emails and respond to inquiries.
Conduct research and generate reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
