Job Description
We are actively seeking an energetic individual to play a key role in the rapid expansion of Quinsites Comprehensive Healthcare Analytics Platform. The Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with business and product teams to successfully execute maintain and manage new client onboarding and internal projects. The ideal candidate holds strengths in organization coordination decisionmaking communication and relationship building.
- New Client Onboarding
- Guide clients through their journey from contract signature to successful rollout serving as their trusted advisor
- Navigate client requirements and scope with confidence transforming complex needs into actionable rollout plans including but not limited to: scope process flows requirements stakeholder communication plans and project timelines
- Demonstrate ability to handle challenging situations and problemsolve with urgency when rollout roadblocks arise
- Serve as product Subject Matter Expert guiding clients to best practice decisions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams through proactive communication managing stakeholder communication plan
- Proficiency in managing coordinating and executing test plans
- Identify opportunities to create and develop more efficient onboarding processes based on realworld rollout experiences
- Manage & mitigate risks across projects proactively working to prevent scope and timeline creep
- Work crossfunctionally with development teams managing daily standups to ensure timely onboarding
- Ensure seamless transitions to Client Success with clear documentation and knowledge transfer
- Program Management
- Embrace shifting priorities and solve complex problems with confidence leaning into challenges with a proactive rollupyoursleeves attitude
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce implementation timelines collaborating internally to make these opportunities reality
- Proactively manage system of project documentation gathering details into clear program outcomes
- Take ownership of outcomes and demonstrate accountability for program success
- Leverage strong communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Communicate project statuses and program updates to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business or related field
- 5 years experience in project management CAPM or PMP preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office suite and PM tools such as Smartsheet
- Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to multitask
- Strong verbal written and visual communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and be decisive
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of Program Management
