Job Description
To provide custodial services in all Conference Center public guest areas
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean floors walls windows and restrooms in public areas
- Operate heavy duty vacuums carpet shampooers carpet extractors floor strippers and other equipment as needed
- Clean office areas
- Assist in repairing and servicing of all floor equipment
- Good attitude
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
Education Work Experience and Other Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Work experience in the operation of floor care equipment
- Manual labor work experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must have ability to lift 50 lbs with a range from floor level to above shoulder height
- Walking and standing on concrete floors for a period of up to two hours
- Free range of motion including twisting bending stooping and climbing on step ladders
