Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS/ERP/CRM/HRMS sales and cloud services with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires close collaboration with the product team to relay market feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Handle the endtoend sales cycle in the allocated region for the Business solution (ERP/CRM/HMRS/SAAS) of Appstean
- Engage in mature discussions with Clevel audiences and do concept sales through value pitches.
- Analyzing customer needs and preferences to tailor products or services accordingly.
- Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and yearonyear sales plan divided into monthly quarterly and annual plan.
- Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
- Manage the entire Sales Lifecycle including Prospecting Pitching Offering Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry.
- Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors data their offerings and pricing strategies.
- Identifying and attracting potential customers or clients through various means including cold calling email marketing social media and networking events.
- Attending industry conferences trade shows and networking events to build relationships with potential clients partners and industry influencers. Required
Qualification and Experience
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate coupled with a Marketing degree would be preferable.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Sales Executive in software sales (ERP/CRM/SAAS/HRMS) with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in hunting and acquiring new logos showcasing exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with decisionmakers (CxOs)
- Good domain understanding of the key industries with sound knowledge of the latest business and technological trends
- Extensive experience of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure Open to travel extensively PAN India and overseas. Preferred
- ERP CRM and Cloud Experience and Internet Promotions and Sales
- Candidate with technical (IT Software) knowledge would be preferable
