Job Description
Phone Receptionist needed for the Front Desk. Bilingualpreferred. Toyota of Clermont is located off of Highway 50!
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership
- Data entry
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Receptionist
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word Excel Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Flexible hours
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Comfortable with answering a multiline system
- Professional appearance a must
- Friendly and courtesy disposition
- Bilingual preferred
