At Xara Collection we are committed to creating exceptional dining and service experiences that leave a lasting impression. We are currently seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Food & Beverage Administrator to support our F&B Director and team with essential administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage team including scheduling coordination documentation and accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist in payroll processing and staff scheduling as required.
- Coordinate F&B timesheets and maintain timely updates in Indigo in liaison with the Human Resources department.
- Manage and update inventory records assisting with procurement and stock control processes.
- Maintain budgets financial records and internal reports with accuracy and discretion.
- Ensure effective internal communication across all F&B outlets.
- Support menurelated tasks including editing formatting and printing menus event menus and event tags.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive problemsolving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of restaurant or hospitality management systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays when required.
