What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls expertly guiding them through our services. We will train you!
- Think on your feetquickly assess customer needs and confidently offer the best solutions.
- Capitalize on every call maintaining a high closing rate while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay composed and professional in a highvolume call center environment.
- Multitask effectively navigating computer systems while engaging in realtime conversations.
- Work collaboratively with fellow agents and management to achieve team goals.
- Provide expert knowledge on our pest control services answering questions with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure accurate data entry and complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Maintain flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- 13 years of customer service experience preferred (call center environment a plus!.
- Excellent phone communication skillsa friendly engaging and persuasive approach.
- Strong ability to navigate computer systems while actively handling customer inquiries.
- Detailoriented highly organized and able to multitask in a fastpaced setting.
- A problem solver who thrives under pressure with confidence.
