ECMO Manager
Location: Northern Virginia
Schedule: Monday Friday occasional exceptions
Stats: 120160 cases per year. Top 10 in the US for volume
Position Overview
The ECLS Manager ensures ECMO program readiness including equipment staffing education and quality initiatives. This is a highly independent role requiring strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills. The manager serves as the primary liaison between us and the hospital ensuring highquality patient care and team management.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in nursing Respiratory Care or Perfusion Technology (master s preferred).
- Licensure: Active Virginia license (if applicable).
- Experience: 2 years of ECMO experience with indepth knowledge of extracorporeal life support.
- Skills: Strong leadership problemsolving and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
