Requirements

- Customer Support Experience in US. Business Environment Banking or Financial Services preferred.
Good Communication Skills (English USA). - Sensitization in American Culture.
- Open to work in Night Shift.
- Proficiency in Typing 35 wpm).
- Ability to handle distressed Customers.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in managing technical teams and projects. Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable architectures in a microservices environment. Strong expertise in Java-based technologies and best practices in software development. Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
