Job Description
Job Title: Lawn Care Specialist / Foreman
Pay: $15/hr (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Summer Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Employment Type: TemptoHire

Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Lawn Care Specialist / Landscaping Foreman to join our team in Claremore. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in landscape maintenance who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for managing a crew overseeing landscape projects and ensuring topquality service is delivered to clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Delegate tasks and supervise the use of tools and equipment.
Recruit train and lead new crew members.
Complete landscape design and construction projects with precision and timeliness.
Oversee the maintenance of lawns gardens and outdoor spaces.
Ensure safe and proper application of fertilizers pesticides and other chemicals.
Conduct regular inventory checks and perform equipment inspections.
Requirements
Must be able to operate landscaping equipment and haul trailers.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen.
