Job Description
Role Overview:
Were looking for a passionate and driven Senior Content Executive to manage the content development process for our Junior English Program at 10 Minute School. In this role youll design engaging lessons craft fun learning experiences and guide a team to bring meaningful English education to children across Bangladesh.
Salary: 40000 BDT
Modality: Fulltime Contractual
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Period: 6 Months
Department: Content (English)
Experience Required: 2 years in content development early childhood development and teaching
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning design and of content for the Junior English Program
- Develop lesson plans storybased scripts slides and learning materials that engage young learners
- Collaborate closely with content developers and the design team to ensure highquality innovative content
- Ensure all content aligns with pedagogical goals and the programs learning model
- Continuously analyze learner needs monitor learning outcomes and improve content based on feedback and data
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in English Education ELT or related fields
- Strong understanding of curriculum design for primary or middle school students
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Prior experience working on childrens content or programs focused on SEL (socialemotional learning) is a big plus
- Ability to collaborate in teams and thrive in a fastpaced environment
