OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE II CHEMICAL OPERATOR
The Role:
Our site in Aurora is seeking a Chemical Operator to join our team. Entegris has an opening on our 2nd ShiftManufacturing team in the slurry division an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals especially those with chemical manufacturing experience.
What Youll Do:
- Produce package and prepare Entegris products for shipment.
- Weighs measures & verifies raw materials to make sure batches are made with the proper ingredients in precise quantities.
- Receive raw material and containers.
- Perform required data entry recordkeeping and make material transactions in the ERP system.
- Perform required quality testing and inspections.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment.
- Immediately address any deviation to PACE values procedures policies etc.
- Engage in continuous improvement 6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
- Contribute to plant safety initiatives.
- Perform miscellaneous production and warehouse related tasks (for example cycle count preventive maintenance housekeeping inventory incident investigation).
What We Seek:
- Mechanical or Chemistryrelated experience hobbies/interests are usually a good fit here.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks communicate through email knowledge of Excel ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
- Teamfocused attitude eagerness to learn new things attention to detail and dedication to come to work on time/have reliable attendance is the type of individual who thrives in our environment.
- HS Diploma/GED Required
- 13 years of production or warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills.
- Requires manual lifting of up to 45 lbs. ability to wear respirator intermittently as needed.
- Industry Manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
Opening for 1st Shift:
- Monday Friday 2:30pm 10:30pm (overtime may be required as per business needs)
- Weekend shifts will vary when needed.
- We care about cleanliness and the use of PPE. PPE includes steel toe shoes (provided by us) safety glasses. Additional PPE required for certain job functions such as fullface mask.

- Compensation: $23.00 $25.00 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
- Shift Differential: $1.00 Hourly Shift differential for all hours worked during 2nd Shift.
