ISE Special Education Teacher position available at Raymond C. LaPerche Elementary School beginning with theSchool Year.QUALIFICATIONSRIDE certification in Teacher of students with intellectual disabilitiesREPORTS TOBuilding PrincipalDirector of Special EducationREPRESENTATION STATUSNEA ContractDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops coordinates and implements curriculum that aligns with the Essential Elements for ELA & MathCollects analyzes and prepares data to inform instruction and share with colleagues and parentsWorks collaboratively as part of the special education team.Demonstrates and models best practices in students with intellectual disabilitiesCollaborates with outside agencies school personnel and parents for the purpose of identification of students having a disability.
