About the Role
The ICT team in the Enabling Services Group is looking for a Senior Change Officer (ICT) to join their team for a period of 12 months.
In this role youll work closely with both technical teams and business leaders to align ICT initiatives with business goals engage stakeholders in real time and lead Q&A sessions and Change Agent Network forums.
Youll collaborate with SMEs vendors and business group leaders to simplify complex ICT information for diverse audiences provide realtime advice on incidents and issues oversee routine upgrades and lead change management activities across a portfolio of projects.
In addition to assessing the impact of ICT changes on operations and culture youll advocate for improved customer and user experiences. Your role will promote a digitalfirst mindset drive continuous improvement support cybersecurity awareness campaigns and coordinate events such as workshops and webinars.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills extensive experience in ICT change management a deep understanding of both technical and business needs and practitionerlevel change management qualifications.
Excellent communication skills the ability to simplify complex concepts and the capacity to engage diverse audiences are essential in this role. Your proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors along with a customerfirst approach to improving user experiences will be one of your greatest assets.
