Job Description
Your mission
- You are responsible for sustainably developing and expanding your network within the life science industry on an operational and strategical level
- Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant you are the interface between clients and candidates
- You organize your business independently and set ambitious goals for yourself
- You keep up with your network constantly to extend your candidate portfolio and aquire new clients
- Your communication skills enable you to establish longterm key clients
- You set an example to other employees through your own performance and play a major role in generating revenue for your team
- You negotiate contracts with your clients and candidates independently
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience within the recruitment industry ideally within the life science area and you can provide a good performance track record
- You enjoy sales and want to be an example as well as support your team through your own performance
- You have been successful within the recruitment industry already and you are now willing to establish and keepup your business with us
- You are an excellent team player with outstandig communication skills persuasiveness and a high level of selfmotivation
- You are fluent in French as well as German or English
