Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicatedPersonal Lines Account Managerto join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of personal insurance accounts including processing new policies renewals and endorsements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and bind coverage for clients
- Advise clients on policy coverage terms and conditions and provide assistance with claims processes
- Stay updated on industry trends insurance products and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of policies and renewals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
- Indepth knowledge of personal insurance products coverage options and underwriting guidelines
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g. AMS360 Applied Epic)
- Detailoriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Previous E&S experience is required
- Previous experience with nonadmitted carriers required
- Previous experience with California Fair Plan required
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $75k$90k (based on experience).
