WHAT YOULL DO
As a PR Production Manager you are part of developing and executing PR strategies manage productions of PR materials (press releases visuals event content) and oversee event planning and . You ensure deliverables meet project goals collaborate with crossfunctional teams and manage sample logistics. The role focuses on delivering highquality PR assets and seamless event coordination while maintaining alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- PR Strategy Development & Planning: Collaborate with our PR Project Manager to create and execute comprehensive PR strategies. You break down strategies into clear actionable timelines.
- PR Asset Production: Manage the creation of press releases visuals and event content. Lead the production process and oversee quality control to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Event Planning & : Develop event briefs coordinate logistics and manage seamless of events.
- Deliverable Management: Ensure all PR deliverables align with goals budgets and timelines. Work closely with marketing influencer and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Sample Management: Oversee sample logistics ensuring timely delivery and coordination with the broader PR strategy.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
- PR project Manager PR Strategist and Celebrity & Influencer specialist: Collaborate closely to develop and refine PR strategies for projects.
- Marketing Team: Work alongside marketing professionals (including Influencer and social media teams) to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic goals.
- Vendors & External Partners: Manage creative partners such as photographers videographers and event planners to produce highquality PR assets and successful events.
- Stakeholders: Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and alignment with overall project objectives.

- Creative problemsolving and the ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in project management with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage external partners.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a fulltime position located in Stockholm. We have one permanent and one temporary position. The role requires flexibility and travelling.
