Starting Pay / Salary Range:$31.05/hr or $64500/yr shift differentialwith the potential opportunity to earn up to $58.67/hr or $122000/yr shift differentialas you grow in the organization.

The South Boston Manufacturing Center is the home of the Gillette World Shaving Headquarters and produces household grooming mainstays like Mach 3 Fusion Labs and Venus shaving products. About the role:As a Plant Technician you will do various types of work including running highspeed converting and packing equipment controlling the process from a computer terminal and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. If you like a fastpaced physical position that gets you up and moving then come help touch and improve the lives of the worlds consumers. Work a set fulltime schedule.
This role will initially be located in South Boston and will transition to our Andover Manufacturing Center located 25 miles north of Boston within the next five years. We expect all employees hired to make the transition to Andover as roles migrate to the new site.

Job Qualifications
Are 18 years of age or older
Have a minimum of a high school diploma GED or equivalent education
Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection ear protection safety shoes)
Work a fixed 12hour shift schedule
