Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
We are looking for a Diagnostic Offshore & Platform Engineer to join Installation Department in Milan HQ. The Diagnostic Offshore and Platform Engineer will be responsible of technical tasks such as: writing procedures providing support to internal and external clients being the technical expert for all what concerns the offshore platforms the Testing and fault location of High Voltage cables and Fibre Optic ones.
She/he will enjoy:
Design electrical and optical tests to identify faults and diagnose the functionalities of HV submarine cables.
Design and execute on site fault location optical fibers and power cables.
design of cable installation on offshore platforms and on offshore wind turbines.
Support during the phase of the offshore platforms and wind towers cable installation activities.
Give inputs during tender phase to the proposal engineers relative to her/his area of expertise and lessons learned from previous projects.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
Fluent in English
A masters degree in Electrical Electronic Mechanical Engineering or similar Degrees.
Preferably previous work experience of 1 years within offshore or technical environment or interest in the sector
Availability to travel for short period of time
Leadership attitude.
Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients
Analytical and problemsolving skills target orientation with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.
Strong teamwork skills results oriented and ambitious mindset.
