Salary: 28800

Our client a wellestablished and welcoming nursery is looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional to play a key role in supporting childrens learning and development within a warm inclusive and engaging environment.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will be responsible for creating a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported in their early years journey. Working as part of a collaborative team they will encourage learning through play build strong relationships with families and ensure that every childs individual needs are met.

With spacious playrooms and dedicated outdoor areas the nursery provides a fun and stimulating space where children can explore play and thrive.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) essential.
  • A passion for early childhood development and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
  • A caring patient and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
  • Commitment to safeguarding inclusion and highquality early years education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports childrens emotional and social development.
  • Act as a keycarer building strong bonds with children and tracking their progress.
  • Work closely with parents and carers offering regular updates and feedback.
  • Ensure the health safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
