Position Overview
We seek a detailoriented entrylevel individual to assist with various reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team. In this role you will help with thirdparty data feeds and provide backup support for our EmployeeTrack program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in a dynamic collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with enabling disabling and configuring new thirdparty data feeds.
- Troubleshoot and escalate any issues related to thirdparty data feeds providing timely solutions.
- Provide general support to thirdparty data feed providers ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support compliance officers using our EmployeeTrack program offering assistance and resolving issues as needed.
- Become a subject matter expert on thirdparty data feeds and our EmployeeTrack program.
- Contribute to creating and improving internal documentation for data fees and EmployeeTrack program processes.
- Manage relationships with clients thirdparty data feed providers and internal stakeholders.
- Take on ad hoc responsibilities from ongoing and operational initiatives within the Sales Engineering team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Flexible work schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong task management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt accordingly to varying audience knowledge levels
- Detailoriented
- Strong problemsolving skills
