Job Description
Kuzco is seeking a Senior FullStack Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves building and scaling our userfacing applications website and other critical product infrastructure. If you are passionate about creating polished webscale fullstack applications from the ground up we want to hear from you.
About Kuzco
We are building a distributed LLM inference network that combines idle GPU capacity from around the world into a single cohesive plane of compute that can be used for running largelanguage models like Llama and Mistral. At any given moment we have over 5000 GPUs and hundreds of terabytes of VRAM connected to the network. Learn more here.
We are a wellfunded four person team of stafflevel engineers who work inperson in downtown San Francisco on difficult highimpact engineering problems. Everyone on the team has been writing code for over 10 years and has founded and run their own software companies. We are highagency adaptable and collaborative. We value creativity alongside technical prowess and humility. We work hard and deeply enjoy the work that we do; we are almost always online at least six days per week.
About the Role
You will be responsible for designing implementing and scaling Kuzcos userfacing applications and website. Youll work on creating intuitive efficient and robust fullstack applications that power our core product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design build and scale fullstack applications from the ground up from database schema design to a polished frontend.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Set up and maintain deployment pipelines and infrastructure
- Collaborate with founders engineers and other stakeholders to improve our product offerings
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience in building fullstack web applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a startup environment
- Expertlevel skills in React TypeScript and Node.js
- Deep knowledge of modern web development practices and tooling
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Use of AI tooling in development workflow (ChatGPT Claude Cursor etc)
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation equity in a highgrowth startup and comprehensive benefits. The base salary range for this role is $160000 $210000 plus equity and benefits depending on experience.
