RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE Osbourne Park WA
As a Relationship Associate you will be responsible for providing servicing support to customers and Business Banking Managers with a partnership to deliver exceptional customer service and to allow business banking Managers to focus on developing growing and deepening customer relationships.

Permanent fulltime position hybrid working environment minimum 3 days in office.
In this Relationship Associate role you will
Collaborate with business bankers to provide an elevated customer service experience.
Drive customer advocacy.
Identify ways in which we can better meet customer needs.
Provide a concierge service for the BBC for customer calls and emails and be empowered to deliver first point resolution.
Assist Bankers with Asset finance quotes documentation and payout information for customers.
What youll bring
A genuine passion for customer service and demonstrated experience in a customer facing role.
An understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements.
Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer selfservice channels.
Exceptional time management skills and an ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Motivation and a growth mindset eagerness to develop skills take on new challenges and continuously work towards improvement in a supportive environment.
