Job Description
ACCOUNT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect the proper payment from our nonrenewed customers through phone calls and field visits and to assist them towards ownership of the product
- Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make suremerchandise is inspected and cleaned properly
- Maintain and update accurate information from the customer
- Assist with the goal board in the collections department
- Assist in the sales process and help achieve the growth goals of the store
- Make sure that all company vehicles are operating in a safemanner and are clean
- Delivery setup and pickup of merchandise
- Other tasks as assigned by management; including but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Neat professional appearance
- Must be good on the telephone and computer
- Patience and empathy
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn take direction and listen
- Class E license within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old good driving record able to pass a background check and drug test excluded)
- High School diploma or equivalency preferred but not required
- Able to lift load and dolly merchandise
