What will you be doing
Under the direction of the Installation Manager theLead Installeris responsible for supervising and executing the installation of custommade countertops tiles and various other applications for retail customers and new home constructions with the help of an Associate Installer. This role is responsible for making sure all installations are done in accordance with the project design and specifications.
Job Expectations:
- Oversee all installation jobs and ensure that they are completed within time frames
- Digital Measure and install all Dekton K&Bs and HOT jobs.
- Prepare and cut materials in the shop as well as at the job sites
- Solve any installation problems and monitor job repairs
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints
- Manage daily reports
- Reports changes/check orders and manages documents related to the installation before arriving at the location.
- Load jobs and tools in the truck and carrying them to the customers location.
- Inspect every job at the shop to ensure that meets our quality standards.
- Responsible to get the highest scores from our customers.
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced
- Train other measures and installers
What are we looking for
EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 3 years of experience with installation
Desired:
- 2 years in the Stone Industry
EDUCATION
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
KNOWLEDGE
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook etc.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
SKILLS
Required:
- Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to use power tools effectively
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required such as walking standing stooping climbing lifting material or equipment some of which may be heavy or awkward.
