Job Description

Parkway Family Auto is seeking a detailoriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Parts Department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks.

About Us: Parkway is locally owned and operated. We have been in the Houston area for more than 40 years. We have three locations: Parkway Chevrolet Parkway Family Kia and Parkway Family Mazda. We operate elite stateoftheart service departments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Tracking parts and supplies.
  • Assisting customers with questions and requests.
  • Providing information about parts and availability.
  • Processing orders and inquiries.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • High School Diploma required some college preferred.
  • Prior Chevrolet experience required
  • Must possess valid Texas Drivers License

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
