Your Responsibilities
Creation and posting of manual sales invoices and credit notes controlling automated billing runs.
Reviewing accounting documents and reconciliation within P2C area resolving any issues and variances with Business stakeholders (Sales team Logistics Credits and Collections) or external Customers.
Being a member of EMEA Customer Portal group within the Billing Team coordinating the customers connect to Customers ebilling portals and responsible for resolving issues with missing/not delivered invoices to customers handling technical problems regular process monitoring based on PowerBI Dashboards with close collaboration with Sales Credit and Collections and Customers.
Preparing data for reporting (Dashboards system data analytics KPIs control reports)
Driving and active participation in projects around process improvements automations analytics and data reporting often with use of PowerBI SharePoint Excel etc.
Cooperation with colleagues from: GBS P2C teams Strategic Partner Business Stakeholders on daily duties and Month End Close tasks
Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines within monitored activities for Team
Everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries (including scheduling or participating in meetings)
Preparing and updating work instructions
Other activities within given role in GBS P2C Billing team.
Your Profile
At least 6 months previous experience working in accounting/finance area is a requirement
Experience with ERPs (SAP JDE VAX) within daily activities as well as the system and process enhancements
Knowledge on customer ebilling portals and its maintenance will be an advantage
Experience in working with data analytics (excel SharePoint PowerBi will be advantage) and E2E / cross teams projects
Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment
Good command of English written and oral (B2 at least)
Additional foreign language will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proactive cando attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Accuracy attention to detail and ability to organize your own time.
