Job Description
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing innovative print and digital assets that not only enhance the customer experience but also effectively convey our brands identity values and messaging. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure that all design work aligns with strategic goals and consistently maintains highquality standards across various platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Research plan and execute ideas from concept to final creative.
- Develop strategic designs that translate across various platforms and mediums.
- Incorporate fresh design ideas into projects while adhering to brand standards.
- Navigate and adhere to file management system.
- Prepare and optimize final print and digital assets within project deadlines.
- Successfully multitask and work on multiple projects at a time in a fastpaced environment.
- Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project.
- Collaborate with other designers Marketing team and peers.
- Work crossdepartmentally and support special projects as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with vendors and outside agencies.
- Maintain a positive work environment with high creative standards.
How You Will Shine:
- Associates degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience at similar brand in quick service and or retail space.
- Strong wellrounded portfolio demonstrating expertise in print digital and branding design.
- Proficient in key design software including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Teams Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals including typography with experience in both traditional print and digital design.
- Experience creating a range of print and digital assets such as store signage sales collateral outofhome materials email campaigns websites apps social media and paid media.
- Knowledge of UI UX ecommerce and menu design is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital asset management platforms motion graphics animation video editing HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborative open to feedback and able to work effectively within a team.
- Selfstarter with the ability to independently manage and follow through on projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships and driving processes in a team setting.
