Job Description
- Manage the tax preparation for passthrough entities including partnerships.
- Offer expert state and local tax advice and solutions tailored to the business and individual needs.
- Craft and execute tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
- Consult with clients on how buying & selling impacts their business.
- Conduct Monthly Financial Oversight (Period End Close) for businesses and meet with the owners to strategize plans.
- Cultivate client relationships grounded in trust and integrity.
- Stay abreast of evolving tax laws regulations and trends to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver unparalleled client service.
- Lead the development and mentorship of the team foster their growth and build their proficiency in tax matters.
- Utilize and recommend technology to streamline processes enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications for Excellence
- A minimum of 5 years of tax experience in public accounting.
- A bachelors or masters degree in accounting.
- CPA.
- Proficiency in tax laws and regulations with strategic problemsolving skills.
- Experience navigating/building client relationships.
- Engagement management experience.
- Understanding of tax laws for passthrough entities and strategic problemsolving.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
