What You Will Be Working On

• Lead the administration configuration and support of key enterprise applications including Vista (ERP SharePoint InEight MS Dynamics Procore OneDrive Workday OnBase and other enterprise applications as required.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to application support teams.

• Monitor application performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.

• Take a lead role system upgrades patches and integrations to enhance functionality and security.

• Collaborate with business units to understand application needs and recommend improvements.

• Work with vendors and thirdparty service providers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and workflows.

• Support enduser training and adoption of applications.

• Manage user access controls and permissions in line with security policies.

• Participate in disaster recovery planning and for critical business applications.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelors degree or certification in a technology area preferably in Computer Science or related field

• 7 years of experience in application administration IT support or system management

• Strong expertise in one or more of the listed enterprise applications

• Experience leading IT teams or projects

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes

• Familiarity with cloudbased applications and SaaS platforms

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell SQL etc. is a plus

• Experience with Vista would be considered an asset

• Certifications related to Vista MS Dynamics Workday or SharePoint administration

• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging fastpaced environment

• Strong written and oral communication skills
