Sabre Travel Network Middle East is looking for a highimpact resultsdriven Area Sales Manager to drive new business growth exceed sales targets and expand Sabres market presence in Saudi Arabias Central Province.

This is a pure new business acquisition role requiring a proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mentalitysomeone who thrives on winning new customers driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

The right candidate will be selfmotivated entrepreneurial and highly collaborative working across teams to deliver measurable commercial success. While this role is primarily focused on securing new accounts it offers a clear path for career elevation based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of sales efforts in the Central Province focusing on new business acquisition market expansion and revenue growth.

Meet and exceed annual sales quotas by implementing a structured resultsdriven sales approach.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Sabres footprint and maximize commercial opportunities.

Proactively prospect qualify and convert new business leads ensuring a strong pipeline of highvalue accounts.

Lead commercial negotiations ensuring profitable longterm partnerships.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Leverage crossfunctional teams (marketing product and support) to drive commercial success.

Maintain a highly visible presence in the Saudi market and within Sabre actively engaging with key industry players.

Define and execute targeted sales plans ensuring Sabre remains competitive and maximizes market share.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification and proven track record in related work experience.

Extensive experience in selling services/products in service industries with intensive use of technology travel content and airlines.

Proven ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical requirements and business needs.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a focus on building credible longterm relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Extensive experience and network in the tourism travel leisure and business travel industries.

Proactive team player who understands collaboration and sharing while maintaining a selfdriven approach.

Ability to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiativetaking abilities.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver persuasive proposals.

Advanced negotiation skills with a focus on maximizing profitability.

Financial acumen with a datadriven approach to sales planning and .

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
