Job Description
We are a personcentred care company coveringmost of the Southampton postcodearea. However we pride ourselves on keeping our Care assistantsclose to home and on keeping our clients care teams as small and consistent as possible. This ensures they receive the continuity they crave.
We devote at least an hour to every client wevisit which means that rather than rushing to get tasks done wecan spend meaningful time with our clients that really makes their day!
You will receive excellent support and awardwinning training so no experience is necessary but equally if you do have experience we would also love to meet you too!
What is essential is that you are kind caring compassionate and really want to make a difference to someones life.
