The primary purpose of the Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients communicates with families physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts inservices and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis

We are seeking a motivated and skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in providing highquality care for residents in a longterm care setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients develop treatment plans and deliver therapy services to improve mobility function and quality of life. This role also includes collaboration with the care team supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and participation in caregiver education and discharge planning.
