Job Description

A busy civil engineering firm located in Ellicott City MD is seeking a Survey Office Technician to join their team. This person will work under the direction of a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to assist in the preparation of computations for construction stakeout and cutsheets processing topo preparing Boundary Surveys Alta Surveys descriptions record plats etc. Reading and understanding Engineering Plans is a must. Candidate must have experience with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Field work may be requested from time to time to assist a field crew or fill in when field personnel are on vacation. Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Stations Trimble Access and Data Collectors a plus. Compensation will be based on experience.
