JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of Management for Residential Aide staff within the Program. Ensuring that quality services are provided effectively and in accordance with guidelines established by CHI OTDA and other funding sources as appropriate.
Pay: $24.04 an hour approx. $50004 annually.
FLSA: Nonexempt. Eligible for overtime.
Schedule: 4pm12am Friday Sunday 8am4pm Tuesday Wednesday (Off Monday & Thursdays)
Schedule:4pm12am TuesdaySaturday (Sunday & Monday off).
Location: Eastchester neighborhood Bronx NY
These duties are essential and specific to the successful implementation of this position.
Under the direction of the Program Director the Shift Supervisor will work as part of an interdisciplinary team. The Shift Supervisor will supervise the overall running of the site as directed by the Program Director.
What do I need to apply
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors from an accredited university or related field of study preferred. 3 years of verified experience working in homeless services can override the education requirement. All applicants must have 2 years experience providing management services in social services or in other related fields.
