Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for caseload assigned of consumers that are job ready and reccommeded by the Mission Services counselors.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and repots to stakeholders.
- Write daily discharge summaries for referral agency/stakeholders for each consumer.
- Collaborate with supervisor worksite staff and participants to ensure positive outcome in Mission Services program services.
- Teach participants tasks for jobs during assessments.
- Track process maintain consumer contact and provide transitional support.

Education and Training
- High school diploma required;Associates Degree preferred.
- Special training helpful in human relations job development techniques behavioral science marketing and communications.
- Industry recognized employment professional training.
- Must have reliable transportation a valid drivers license a safe driving record and maintain car insurance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Mission Services facility or setting preferred.
- Counseling experience.
- Knowledge of work environments and job sites.
- Ability to function as a job coach for people with disabilities.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
