Main Function: Completes BioPsychosocial ReAssessment and Assessment GAINS DLA20 and treatment plans
Qualifications:
FULLY LICENSED:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) a licensed professional counselor by the Washington DC
State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors
Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) licensed as clinical social worker by the Washington DC Board of Social Workers
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) licensed as clinical professional counselor by the Washington DC State of Board of Examiners of Professional Counselor
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) a licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington DC Board of Social Workers
Position Responsibilities:
- Complete clinical documentation (Assessments Treatment Plans and DLA20s) in a timely manner and updated as required.
- Design of the treatment protocols employed within the agency
- Provide reassessments when needed
